Marco Polo and the Silk Road

 Do you know Marco Polo and the Silk Road?
 Marco Polo is the greatest traveller in the world.
Silk Road was very important in Marco Polo's time.
 What was the Silk Road? In the Silk Road,travellers went from one great city to another,
crossing wide deserts and high mountains. Their horses and camels carried gold, silver,glass,
spices,and of course silk. The Silk Road was a 6500 kilometer-long route between China
and Europe. It started in the second century BC.
 We know a lot about Marco Polo but there are also many things that we don't know about him.
Marco's father and uncle belonged to a family of merchants from the city of Venice.
Marco's family was very rich. Marco's father and uncle traveled for years along the Silk Road
before Marco. In the time of Polo family, Mongols conquered so many different countries and
one of the strongest countries. People often think that the name,The Silk Road, is many hundreds of years old but this is not true. The word "The Silk Road" has used since 19 century to describe the different routes.
 Maroco's description became more famous after his death. He opened up the world for many readers.
No later travellers could ever write a book like The Description of the World.
 I like history, so this book was interesting for me!!

Macbeth

Macbeth was written by Shakespeare. This story is very strange.
One day Macbeth and his friend,Banquo met three witches.
They said 'Macbeth,the king!'. 
Macbeth and Banquo could not forget the witches' words.
Macbeth's wife wanted Macbeth to be a king! She would like to be rich person.
So, she encouraged him to kill the king, Duncun.
When the king visited Macbeth, he killed the king. But he pretended not to do this.
Macbeth believed the words of witches, so he killed all his enemies.
However, his polts failed. He wanted to be a king,but just a simple murder!!
After all, he was killed and his wife died too.

the Dolphin ~Cupid~

Dolphins are marine mamml.　They are very intelligent animals.
Sometimes,Dolphins are stranded on beach.
On February 14,2003,a dolphin was found on a beach in Texas. His name was Cupid.
A stranded marine animal will usually die whithin days. Texas Marine Mamml Stranding Netwaork
helped this pathetic Dolphin,Cupid. A fisherman who had found Cupid first helped him too.
Texas Marine Mamml Stranding Network consist of many volunteers who want to give a help for animals.
With a lot of support, Cupid got better step by step.
I think we should know about marine animals more!!
